Log In

Enter your access code to unlock the portal

Navigate to rc2.strata.fuze.agency/dashboard.html. You'll see a simple login gate.

  • Enter your assigned access code (e.g. strata2024 for admins)
  • Press Enter or click the Sign In button
  • Your session persists until you log out or close the browser tab
Tip: If you don't have a code, ask your manager. Codes are role-scoped — MANAGER sees all prospects and tools; REP sees only their own.

Portal Tour

Your command center — what each sidebar item does

Once in, you'll see a dark sidebar on the left with these sections:

  • Dashboard — overview of all prospects, engagement activity, and key metrics
  • Prospects — full list of every prospect link you've created; this is where you create new ones
  • Global Intel — aggregate analytics, heatmaps, quiz responses across all prospects
  • Deck Versions — your master deck + any custom deck variants
  • Deck Studio — visual deck editor with drag-and-drop slides, AI-powered custom deck creation
  • Playbook & Docs — sales collateral, battle cards, objection handlers
  • Quick Help — this guide + feature explanations
Top right: Your name, role, theme toggle (☀️/🌙), and Logout.

Create Your First Prospect

Each prospect gets a unique, tracked deck link

In the sidebar, click Prospects. You'll see a table (empty if you're new) and a + New Prospect button at the top.

Click it. A modal opens with these fields:

  • Name — the prospect's name (e.g., "Brandon Beaumont")
  • Company — their organization
  • TypeProspect (24hr expiry, limited controls) or Rep (no expiry, full presenter controls)
  • Deck Version — pick the master deck or any custom variant
  • Dealer Profile — Generic, In a Group, Not In a Group, Large, or Mid-size — swaps specific slides
  • Vaults / Quiz — toggle access to deep-dive sections and embedded questions

Click Generate. The system creates a unique URL that's pre-configured for this prospect only.

Why profiles matter: "Dealer In a Group" swaps in slides that position Strata as a complement to their existing buying group — not a replacement. "Large Dealer" emphasizes enterprise tech + preferred partner tiers. Pick the right angle before you send.

Send the Link

Copy, paste, send — however you normally reach prospects

After generation, the modal shows the new URL. Click the copy icon next to it.

Paste into your email, calendar invite, Slack DM, LinkedIn message — wherever fits your workflow. The link includes everything: the right deck, the right profile, the right prospect identity.

  • Links are valid for 24 hours by default (prospects) or forever (reps)
  • Can be revoked from the Prospects table at any time
  • Each open is logged + attributed to this specific prospect
Best practice: Send the deck link the morning of your call, not days in advance. Fresh engagement data gives you live conversation material.

Track Engagement in Real Time

Watch as prospects open the deck and explore

Back in the portal, the Prospects tab shows every link you've created. Each row updates live as the prospect engages.

Key columns:

  • Status — Active · Viewed · Expired · Revoked
  • Slides — how many unique slides they've seen (e.g. 38/45)
  • Vaults — deep-dive sections they explored (pricing, case studies, etc.)
  • Engagement Score — 0-100 composite based on coverage + depth + time + quiz + transcript
  • Sessions — how many times they've opened the link
  • Heatmap — visual slide-by-slide view of dwell time
Score ranges: 60+ is HOT · 30-59 is MEDIUM · under 30 is LOW engagement.

Dive into Global Intel

Aggregate analytics — heatmaps, top slides, quiz responses

Click Global Intel to see cross-prospect trends:

  • Slide heatmap — which slides are viewed most, longest, and which get skipped
  • Vault exploration rate — which deep-dive sections resonate with your audience
  • Quiz responses — aggregated answers to embedded questions, grouped by option
  • Engagement distribution — histogram of scores across your pipeline

Use this to sharpen your deck: drop slides nobody views, reinforce slides that hook attention, update quiz questions based on real responses.

Scope filter: Switch between "All" and a specific prospect to compare individual engagement to the aggregate baseline.

Generate AI Insights

Claude analyzes engagement + transcript, gives you a sales brief

Click any prospect row to open their detail view. At the top, you'll see a button: ✨ Generate AI Insights.

Click it. In ~20 seconds, Claude returns a structured brief:

  • Engagement Score — hot / warm / cold with reasoning
  • Summary — 2-3 sentences on their engagement pattern and likely intent
  • Talking Points — specific things to bring up, referencing slides they spent time on
  • Objections — likely concerns based on what they skipped or dwelled on briefly
  • Follow-Up Timing — when and how to re-engage
  • Transcript Insights — if you've logged a call, Claude pulls key takeaways
Pro move: Paste a call transcript first (Prospects → Detail → Transcript tab), then generate insights. Claude triangulates engagement data + quiz answers + transcript to produce a hot-take brief for follow-up.

Build a Custom Deck with AI

Deck Studio → Create Custom Deck → paste outline → Generate

Need a fresh pitch for a specific audience? Click Deck Studio in the sidebar, then the dashed + Create Custom Deck card.

Fill in the modal:

  • Deck Name — a-z, 0-9, hyphens only
  • Start from — base template (master deck)
  • Dealer Profile — audience segment (drives AI framing)
  • Audience / Goal — 1-2 sentences describing who + why
  • Outline — your content, as bullet points
  • Full Rewrite (✓ default) — ignore Strata master copy, write 100% fresh

Click Generate with AI. In 15-30s Claude produces a 6-10 slide deck using the master's layouts filled with your content. The new deck appears in the gallery, sidebar selector, and + New Prospect deck picker automatically.

The two modes: Full Rewrite gives you a fundamentally different deck (e.g. coffee-shop dealers, not GPO members). Unchecked, AI just re-angles Strata's voice for a specific dealer profile.
